§ 11-63-2. Loans, grants, etc., of property, payment of principal or interest on outstanding bonds and securities, etc., by municipalities for assistance of related public corporations authorized generally; issuance of bonds by municipalities to provide moneys for loans, payments, etc., generally; creation of irrevocable trust funds for payment of corporate securities.

§ 11-63-3. Form, terms, denominations, etc., of securities issued by municipalities generally; sale, execution, delivery and refunding thereof; security for payment of principal and interest.

§ 11-63-4. Disposition of proceeds from municipal securities; limitation as to aggregate principal amount of securities to be issued.
