§9-12-83. License required for taking of oysters for commercial purposes; penalty; disposition of proceeds from sale of licenses - Disposition of proceeds from sale.

All moneys accruing from the sale of such licenses shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of the Seafoods Fund.
