§45-2-110. Compensation - Board of registrars.

  • In Baldwin County, in addition to any and all other compensation, salary, and expense allowance provided for by law, there may be paid to each member of the board of registrars an increase in salary in such amount as will together with any amount paid by the state, as compensation, salary, or expense allowance, make the total paid to such members equal one hundred dollars ($100) per day. If the amount paid to such members as compensation, salary, or expense allowance by the state increases in the future, then the amount paid by the county under this section automatically decreases in like amount. The amount paid under this section shall be paid out of the county general fund in the same manner as other county officials are paid.
