§41-9-204. Consolidation and transfer of certain appropriations.

Latest version.

All appropriations heretofore or hereafter made to the Industrial Development Board, the Planning and Industrial Development Board (community planning), the Alabama Program Development Office, and the Alabama Development Office heretofore established by executive order of the Governor are hereby consolidated and transferred to the Department of Commerce.
