§41-8A-7. State supervisory board - Powers and duties of executive committee of board.

  • (a) The executive committee of the state supervisory board shall have the authority to review, approve or disapprove all applications for subgrants presented to it by the ALEPA staff, either in whole or in part; provided, that an applicant may appeal the action of the executive committee to the state supervisory board in accordance with rules and regulations established by the state supervisory board.

    (b) The executive committee shall have the authority to appoint the Director of ALEPA as provided for within this chapter.
