§40-26B-80. Outpatient Medicaid base payments.

Medicaid shall pay hospitals as a base amount for fiscal years 2014, 2015, and 2016 for outpatient services based upon the outpatient fee schedule in existence on September 30, 2013, plus an additional six percent inflation factor over the amounts paid in 2012 and 2013. Outpatient base payments shall be paid using Medicaid's published check write table and shall be paid in addition to any access payments or other payments described in this article.
