§40-18-212. Annual report.

The department shall report annually to the Legislature and the public as to qualifying projects with respect to which tariff credits are claimed during the year. The report shall be due on the fifth legislative day of each regular session and shall state the number of qualifying projects, the capital costs of each qualifying project, and the total amount of tariff credits claimed during the year.
