§34-26-43.1. Fee for candidates for licensure.

The Board of Examiners in Psychology shall charge each candidate for licensure as a psychologist or psychological technician a fee sufficient to cover the entire actual costs of the examination of the applicant as well as the cost of criminal and civil background checks of the applicant.
