§14-6-90. Penalty for refusal to obey orders of board of corrections.

  • If any sheriff or member of a county commission or chief of police, marshal or member of a city council or other governing board or body willfully fail or refuse without good excuse, to obey such orders provided for in Sections 14-6-87 through 14-6-89, such person or persons shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500.
